Career Highlights
Kalidou Diouf is a long, strong, brute force in the paint, and a versatile big man. Statistically in college he was one of the best big men in the country. At 6’9, he knows how to use his size and weight to his advantage in the post. While carrying over 230lbs on his frame he is very mobile. He has good feel, runs well, and plays with purpose on every possession. He has good interior footwork to create space to get his shot off. He knows how to take advantage of mismatches on switches in the post and passes well out of the double teams. For a low post player he demonstrates good shooting mechanics. He is a lefty with a soft touch from the outside and given some space he is good three point shooter. Kalidou is not only a beast in the post on the offensive end, but he is a hard nose defender. He uses his size and body to box out, and is therefore a great rebounder. With a high basketball IQ and length, Kalidou is also a solid shot blocker. He has a great work ethic. Kalidou has an advantage over most players coming out of college as he has already played professionally overseas in Germany.

Brad lettered three seasons at Cal Baptist and finished his career as one of the top players in school history. He finished All-PacWest 1st Team for the second year in a row (’17 and ’18), NABC NCAA D2 All-West District 1st Team (’17 and ’18), and PacWest All-Tournament Team (’18). Also in his senior season He led his team to the NCAA D2 Elite Eights and the PacWest Regular Season Runner-Up. In his senior season he led his team in points at 18.1ppg, rebounds at 8.5rpg, and blocks at 1.1bpg. In his junior season in 2016-17 he started all 31 games at center for the Lancers. He averaged 15.8ppg and 6.9rpg. He previously played one season at Alaska-Anchorage and was the leading rebounder and fourth leading scorer.

Prior to going to college in the USA, Kalidou played as a youth for Ehingen in ProA Germany. He also played for the German U18, U17, and U16 teams from 2009-2012. Kalidou attended Captained Urpspring Basketball Academy to its fourth-straight German high school national title in 2012-13.

Kalidou was born on August 31, 1994 in Heidelberg, Germany. Parents are Claudia and Abdourahmane Diouf. He received his Bachelor of Arts in journalism and new media. He is also getting his Masters in sports management. His favorite player is Lebron James.

“Coming from Germany I was hesitant to sign with an American agency. I thought that if I signed with a European agency I would be better off. But when I went through the process of finding an agent after college, I really felt Scott and his team had just as many contacts in Europe or more than any agency I spoke with in Europe. Also with the growing global market of basketball I felt Scott could provide me with also more opportunities globally. Whereas many Euro agents only talked to me about playing in Germany, Rize actually pushed me to NBA teams as well as all markets in Europe and Asia.”
