Career Highlights
Garlon is the younger brother of Houston Rockets Gerald Green. Green is an active and very athletic forward. He runs the floor and is a high wire act in transition. He can shoot the three off the catch and has a nice one dribble pull up. He is a good defensive rebounder who can start the break with a bust-out dribble. Green is also effective on the offensive glass where he uses his quick bounce for tip-ins. He has the prototypical size for an NBA wing/forward and is very long. Green has a nice touch beyond the arc. His stroke is effortless and his release is tight. He’s a bouncy athlete. He is a very skilled player offensively and can score from the perimeter or in the post. On the defensive end Garlon can guard 1-4 and is a “lock down” defender.

Garlon has had a very good pro career so far. Garlon played in the NBA with the New Orleans Pelicans and also on the Pelicans Summer League team (2018/19). He has also played at the highest levels overseas from Euroleague, VTB, Fiba Europe Cup, Israel, Belgium, Germany, Japan, and in the Gleague. Garlon was named to the German BBL All-Star Game (’16), All-Belgian League 1st Team (’18), and All-Belgian League All-Imports Team (’18).

Prior to becoming a pro, Garlon spent four years playing at the NCAA level for TCU. As a senior Garlon averaged 10ppg, 4rpg, and 1apg. He closed out an outstanding career for TCU as a team co-captain and started all 32 contests. Green arrived at TCU from Hightower High School, where he was one of the top players in the Greater Houston Area during his senior season. Green was All-Texas State from 2008-2009.

Testimonial
“From the moment I signed with Rize, they got quickly to work. Scott was in constant contact with me and got me offers both in the NBA and high level overseas. I have been with a few agencies and Scott and his team are by far the hardest working in the business!”
